SiMa.ai today launched its second‑generation MLSoC, Modalix, alongside a pin-compatible SoM and the LLiMa software stack, for physical AI at the edge. Optimized for sub-10W LLM, transformer, CNN, and GenAI workloads, the platform targets robotics, industrial automation, healthcare, and smart vision deployments. The announcements arrive following an $85 million raise to scale its stack globally.
