Ambiq’s new Apollo510B wireless SoC targets power-constrained edge AI applications. It integrates a dedicated network processor and Bluetooth Low Energy 5.4 radio for reliable wireless connectivity. Built on TSMC’s 22 nm process, the SoC utilizes an Arm Cortex-M55 CPU with Helium to deliver up to 30× better power efficiency in AI applications and a sixteenfold performance increase over Cortex-M4 devices. The chip features advanced memory, a 2.5D GPU, and targets next-generation wearables and factory automation sensors. Ambiq announced the Apollo510B is available now.
