MediaTek Genio 700 is an edge-AI IoT platform for retail, industrial, and smart-home devices. It has the following features: 6nm octa-core SoC (2× Cortex-A78 2.2 GHz + 6× Cortex-A55 2.0 GHz) with NPU (DLA), VPU, Mali-G57 MC3 GPU, HiFi 5 audio DSP, up to 8GB quad-channel LPDDR4X-3733, eMMC 5.1, dual 4K displays, 32MP or dual 16MP cameras, and 4K30 encode/4K75 decode. For I/O, it supports: PCIe Gen2×1, USB 3.1, Gigabit Ethernet,, UART/SPI/I²C, and SD/SDIO, in addition to Wi-Fi 6/BT 5.2, Android, Yocto, and Ubuntu.
