Imagination adds Vulkan 1.2 and more GPUs to its open stack

Imagination’s open-source PowerVR stack hits a real milestone: Vulkan 1.2 code lands in Mesa, kernel work is upstream, and more GPUs are supported. It’s taken years, but the path from “can draw a triangle” to “usable on real boards” is finally visible.
