AMD posts 54% adjusted gross margin; PC chip sales jump 46% to $2.8B

AI chip demand drives strong data center revenue for AMD.

AMD reported record revenue of $9.2 billion for the third-quarter 2025, with the company pointing to broad demand for its high-performance Epyc and Ryzen processors, as well as its Instinct AI accelerators. Data Center revenue was up 22% year over year, and the Client and Gaming segment was up 73% year over year. Gaming revenue was up 181% year over year, driven by higher semi-custom revenue and strong demand for Radeon gaming GPUs.
