Nvidia has announced CuLitho, a software library that brings accelerated computing to computational lithography, accelerating the manufacturing of tomorrow’s chips. In June, TSMC will begin using the CuLitho library. Nvidia recently announced its CuLitho, a software library for computational lithography workloads that used a GPU for the acceleration.
