In the 1989 movie Field of Dreams, farmer Ray Kinsella followed instructions from the voice telling him, “If you build it, he will come,” prompting him to build a baseball field in his cornfield. Is the metaverse our current Field of Dreams? Many people believe so, and one particular business, Croquet, is prepared to help them do so.
