Intel Meteor Lake iGPU raises the bar

Intel’s Meteor Lake processors are set to feature significantly improved integrated graphics, potentially rivaling the performance of their discrete desktop graphics cards. The iGPUs are expected to perform similarly to mobile versions of Intel’s Arc A380 GPUs. Based on the Xe-LPG architecture, the iGPU will have up to 128 execution units (1,024 stream processors). An AI coprocessor or neural processing unit (NPU) dedicated to AI tasks enhances AI performance while increasing GPU frequencies.
