Intel mixes up Max data center AIBs

And takes the water out of the 1550.

Intel introduced its new Max series GPU at the supercomputer conference in November 2022, with two segments of Xe GPU cores, eight HBM2e controllers, and 16 Xe links. The Max series GPU will be available in different form factors and configurations, including a double-wide PCIe card and two OCP Accelerator Modules. Intel recently announced an air-cooled version of the Max 1550 and canceled its Max 1350 AIB, replacing it with the Max 1450 SKU to become available later in 2023, which has lower I/O bandwidth for different markets, likely targeted towards China due to US restrictions.
