Intel’s AI Summit 2025 

New GPU and AI processor announced.

At its Seoul AI Summit, Intel announced a new Arc GPU for edge AI, scheduled for release in Q4 2025, to handle AI tasks locally, thereby reducing latency and costs. The company is also partnering with SK Hynix on its next-gen Gaudi AI accelerator, Jaguar Shores, which will leverage HBM4 memory. Critically, these new chips will be built on Intel’s advanced 18A process node, marking a significant manufacturing shift as the company brings fabrication back in-house.
