Mari 6.0 shows Foundry is serious about USD

The new release continues the company's USD journey with a pair of new USD exports.

M&E software company Foundry wants to make USD more accessible, more manageable, and user friendlier. In Mari 5, the company introduced the USD Export Manager to its 3D painting and texturing tool, and today continues along that journey with the newly released Mari 6.0, allowing users to get a better look at their USD assets at the earliest stages in their pipeline. Mari 6.0 has two new USD Exports for vendor shader support (including Arnold and RenderMan shaders) and material assignments.
