Nvidia unveiled its GH200 Grace Hopper platform at Siggraph 2023, featuring a Grace Hopper Superchip and HBM3e processor for accelerated computing and generative AI. Configured for complex AI workloads, including large language models and databases, it offers diverse setups, including a dual option with 3.5× memory and 3× bandwidth. CEO Jensen Huang highlighted its data center applicability and SOC-CPU synergy via Nvidia NVLink.
