Nvidia explores deal with Rebellions

Korean NPU maker draws interest.

Nvidia just sat down with Rebellions, a five-year-old Korean start-up that’s quietly become one of the most commercially-credible non-US AI chip companies running today. Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang met Rebellions CEO Sunghyun Park in Santa Clara to discuss a technical partnership, an investment, or an outright acquisition, still very early and unconfirmed. We walk through what Rebellions actually builds, why its memory-centric approach to inference caught Nvidia’s attention specifically, and what Nvidia’s own recent Groq deal tells us about how this one might play out.
