At GTC 2024, Nvidia’s CEO introduced the Blackwell superGPU. The Grace Blackwell Superchip integrates two B200 Tensor Core GPUs, each with two Blackwell dies, and an Ada-based Grace CPU operating with shared memory, all connected over 900 GB/sec NVLink. The Blackwell B200 GPU delivers a notable increase in AI training and inference capabilities, with four times the training performance and 30 times the inference performance compared to the Hopper GPU, thanks to its new FP4 design.
