Synaptics’ Astra is a platform for heterogeneous processing, focusing on AI native processing. It aims to optimize functionality for processors, including GPUs, CPUs, DSPs, NPUs, and more, for AI applications. The platform enables developers to bring their own models into the platform and optimize them for Synaptics’ processors at the edge by providing tools for optimization and open-source compatibility.
