FuriosaAI has shipped 4,000 RNGD AI inference accelerators, manufactured by TSMC and integrated by Asus. RNGD addresses data-center power and cooling constraints, delivering 512 INT8 TFLOPS while keeping energy efficiency in check. It’s available as PCIe cards (180 W) and NXT RNGD Servers (eight cards, 3 kW). The SDK supports Qwen 2 and OpenAI API. Validation shows 2.25× better performance per watt than GPUs.
