Founded in 2023 in Milpitas, California, with a design center in Bangalore, India, Tsavorite Scalable Intelligence develops the Omni Processing Unit (OPU), a composable AI compute platform for large-model and agentic workloads across edge and data-center environments. The OPU integrates Arm Neoverse CPUs, custom GPU accelerators, and unified memory, built on Samsung’s SF4X process with modular chiplets connected through the MultiPlexus fabric. Led by founder Shalesh Thusoo, Tsavorite has raised $17.9 million, reported over $100 million in pre-orders, and plans Helix AI systems for 2026.
