Codasip has launched a formal sale process following acquisition interest, with significant EU grant funding attached. The move marks the first major RISC-V consolidation of 2025, but we expect more to come. Codasip has initiated an accelerated process to explore the sale of all or part of the company, following what it describes as “unsolicited expressions of interest during a recent funding round.” (Source: Codasip) Codasip has secured over €119 million (US $140 million) in funding and grants from the EU and national bodies, with an additional €210 million (US $247 million) expected in follow-on phases.
