A New Hampshire dog born with deformed front legs is running for the first time, thanks to kindhearted humans who used 3D technology to create a novel set of doggy prosthetics. It all started when 3D Systems employee Tara Anderson, a volunteer with dog rescue group Peace and Paws in Hillsborough, N.H. met and became foster owner to Derby, a dog born with a congenital deformity characterized by small forearms and no front paws. Anderson then recognized an opportunity to help the dog using the products and resources available at 3D Systems. Read about Derby and his new legs on GraphicSpeak
