Nvidia has obtained orders for three million Tegra 2 chips from Samsung Electronics which will launch 10.1-inch Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) Tegra 2 Galaxy Tab in early June, according to company CEO and president Huang Jen-hsun. Nvidia has shipped 10 million Tegra 2 chips cumulatively and expects the shipment volume to exceed 25 million chips in 2011.
